DJ Uncle Fester has been ready to gain a little traction since early this year, with his new beat tape, SALT, released January 2021.
SALT, by Uncle Fester is ideal for underground heads (anyone from Sayzee to Sean P might sound good on these beats). The overall vibe is bitter, grimy & low key and maybe even a little reminiscent of Dusty Fingers. Fester does the job, though, peppering these joints in his own way so they don’t become boring (as slower instrumentals sometimes do). SALT is in a whole other lane from his last record with Aquakultre.
