Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?
Edmonton MC Touch connected with DJ Matto to provide 2020 with a new album, Electric Sheep. This [Bladerunner-themed] project contains rich futuristic, dystopian stories on top of large drums and juicy, spooky synths. The artists do a good job of setting the mood with the tension and darkness in both sound and subject matter.
Electric Sheep features Yolanda Sargeant and Hand’Solo Records label mates, Swamp Thing (Chokeules & Timbuktu). All three have recently released new projects.
The official video for the single “Soldier” was released on August 20.
